My expertise spans multi-site management, digital transformation, team training, strategic marketing, and mentorship for aspiring practitioners entering the field. I’ve helped businesses refine client experiences, streamline operations, and achieve sustainable growth—whether through physical locations or remote infrastructures.

Outside of consulting, I find inspiration in traveling, art, and cooking, and I cherish peaceful walks along Vancouver’s Seawall.
